An overview on how I organize my life, studies and personal projects in 2026, my final year of highschool. Managing personal projects and study with socializing and improving myself.

Life

Google calendar to record activities and places that I need to go to - exams, lessons, online classes etc. Basically, things involving other people.
In addition, I made a spreadsheet to track what i did every half-hour of my day to see roughly how much time I spend on things. Inspired by this. That master spreadsheet allows me to also roughly block out what I should be doing during the day. It just takes 2-3 minutes each day before bed to record the day and plan out the next one. Basic excel functions and setup also allow me to visualize monthly/yearly averages and standard deviations on each category of activity. More data analysis could be done.
Photos are backed up to google photos and I open a new gmail when the 15 GB storage is used up.

Study

Aim of accessiblity, no subscriptions to services (mostly), long-term tracking and I use a personal google classroom to save my past papers and notes after writing on Goodnotes on an ipad or scans of handwritten work. On the cloud so I can access it basically everywhere and I delete things off Goodnotes right after I finish writing due to the 5GB free icloud syncing. Typed notes are tracked with a local git repo and pushed to github. I use Anki a lot for facts/wrong questions that I need to review.

Projects

I started this website to log completed projects. I also have a working google sheet on projects and ideas. I am also trying to build out a google sheet on inventory of supplies (electronics, crafts, 3D prints) to minimize waste and try to repurpose old materials, like harvesting a dead vaccum cleaner motor for the enamled copper wire and other components.
